Quotes and Estimates
Online prices, calculators, package displays, and quote-builder results are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. Final pricing may depend on the actual vehicle or property, condition, dimensions, existing film or coatings, material selection, labor requirements, access, preparation, removal work, design revisions, taxes, and other project-specific factors. We may correct pricing or configuration errors before work begins.
Appointments and Scheduling
Appointment requests are not guaranteed until confirmed. We may reschedule or cancel an appointment because of weather, staffing, material availability, equipment issues, project conditions, or other reasonable operational needs. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and project information and for arriving or providing access at the confirmed time.
Vehicle and Property Condition
You are responsible for disclosing known damage, aftermarket modifications, prior paint or body work, damaged glass, failing tint, coatings, vinyl, electrical issues, fragile trim, or other conditions that may affect the service. Existing defects may become more visible during preparation, removal, cleaning, or installation. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or failures caused by undisclosed or defective underlying materials, except to the extent required by law.
Window Tint, Film, and Legal Compliance
Tint laws and enforcement can change and may vary by vehicle class, window position, registration, medical exemption, and jurisdiction. Any legal information on our website is general information, not legal advice. The vehicle owner is responsible for the ultimate legal use and operation of the vehicle. We may decline an installation that we believe presents an unacceptable compliance or safety risk.
Paint Protection Film, Ceramic Coatings, and Wraps
Paint protection film, ceramic coatings, window film, vinyl wraps, and graphics reduce or manage certain risks but do not make a vehicle or surface damage-proof, maintenance-free, or immune to wear. Results and longevity depend on material, preparation, installation, environment, use, maintenance, prior surface condition, and other factors. Product-specific warranties, if any, are governed by the written manufacturer or installer warranty provided for the applicable service.
Design Approval for Wraps and Graphics
For custom graphics or wraps, you are responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, contact information, colors, placement, layout, and design content before production. Colors may appear differently across screens, printers, vinyl, paint, lighting conditions, and materials. Once a design or material has been approved and production has begun, changes may result in additional charges.
Deposits, Payments, and Cancellations
Some projects may require a deposit, material payment, design fee, or other advance payment. Any applicable deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or no-show terms will be disclosed for the specific transaction or appointment. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, completed custom work and specially ordered materials may not be refundable.
Communications
By providing a phone number or email address, you authorize us to contact you about your quote, appointment, service, account, or related transaction. If you separately consent to marketing communications, you may withdraw that consent as permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
